OAP Possible Travel Delay Update: It has been reported to BVISD that the accident actually occurred on I-10 between Ft. Stockton and Balmorhea NOT on I-20 as previously reported.
OAP Update: Performance times for Bi-District OAP Competition have been pushed back an hour. The NEW approximate performance start time has been set for 2:00 p.m. & BVISD's Red Velvet Cake War performance is tentatively scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Parents traveling to Van Horn be aware that an accident on 1-20 may cause some travel delays. HS One-Act-Play BI-DISTRICT Competition today at Van Horn starting at 2:00 pm. BV will be the 4th school to perform. BREAK-A-LEG HORNS!!!
On Thurs. (3/24), the JV tennis team will travel to Wink to compete. Matches start at 8:30. On Friday (3/25), the JH tennis team will have a duel with Balmorhea at BV starting at 4:00. Good Luck and Hook em Horns.

Here is a schedule of events for the JH track meet at BV on Thurs. (3/17) and the HS meet on Friday (3/18).
The BV OAP cast will present The Red Velvet Cake War on Wednesday (3/16) at 7pm in the auditorium. Everyone is welcome to come out and watch.
There will be an OPTIONAL track practice on Monday (3/14) at 3:00pm. The activity route bus will not run. On Thursday (3/17) the Jh track team will compete in the BV track meet. On Friday (3/18) the HS track team will compete in the BV track meet.
Spring Break Reminder: Buena Vista ISD will be closed Monday, March 7-Monday, March 14. School will reopen on Tuesday, March 15 at regular time.
