Parents and students
I would like to discuss a couple of changes.
1st the Science Club
I had full intention to offer it everyday after school, however with meetings and athletics it has proven to be to difficult. Thus starting now Science Club will meet on Mondays starting the 14th from 4-5. I will as I can let you know if I can make another day fit some weeks.
2nd Students staying after school
We have had a few issues at the school as students have stayed on campus to attend games or while siblings are in practices. Due to the problems and liability of having students un-attended by adults after school these practices will no longer be allowed. Please make sure adults are on campus to supervise students if they are here otherwise they will need to remain outside the building. I am sorry for inconveniences these changes may create.
Immunization status letters went out on Monday for students that are in need of
required vaccinations. Please have the updated records back no later than Nov 18th. Students without updated files will not be permitted back on campus, after that date, until vaccinations are current and on file at school. Thank you for your cooperation, and please reach out with any questions!

Information about the elementary fundraiser went out last week. All money and orders are due on the 17th!
As Principal of Buena Vista it is important to me that I get to celebrate our students. Due to a scheduling conflict this week, I will be rescheduling the awards ceremony to next week.
