Spelling Team is STATE BOUND: Congratulations to Coach Mark M. Dominguez & the BV Spelling & Vocabulary Team made up of Melanie Malagon, Ireland Sanchez, Lizeth Ulloa, & Kiara Corona for winning the Region II-1A spelling & vocabulary regional competition at Angelo State University! Individually placing for the Longhorns are as follows: Melanie Malagon (1st place), Ireland Sanchez (2nd place), Lizeth Ulloa (5th place). OAP Update: BVISD was well represented at the Region II -IA OAP Competition yesterday in San Angelo. Hats off to Directors Hamilton & Gallegos, Cast & Crew on an excellent performance! Congratulations on a successful year, you are to be commended for all your hard work & dedication.

Regional UIL Academics: Good Luck to the UIL Academic Team Members & Coaches!! The Longhorns compete in the Regional UIL Competition on Saturday, April 17th at Angelo State University!!

Regional OAP Competition will take place today in San Angelo, Break-A-Leg BV OAP Director's, Cast & Crew!! BV OAP is tentatively scheduled to perform at 6:02 p.m.

Regional OAP Tickets: The San Angelo Murphey PAC box office is selling tickets over the phone (in addition to selling tickets at the door). If you want to buy tickets for you show over the phone, you can do so. The box office is open Monday - Friday 1 pm-5pm. The phone number to the SAPAC is (325) 284-3825 and they will push 1 for the box office. There will be up to 250 tickets available for each show. Tickets are $10 for adults & $5 per student, per show.

The Hs track athletes who advanced past dist will compete in the Area Meet on Wednesday (4/14) Imperial. Please see the schedule of events below. Good Luck and Hook em Horns.

The Hs tennis teams will travel to Sanderson on Monday and Tuesday (4/12-13) to compete in the District Tennis Tournament. Matches are expected to begin shortly after 8:30am. Good Luck and Hook em Horns.

The Jh Tennis Tournament at Sanderson this Saturday (4/10) has been canceled. They will now have a duel with Sanderson and Balmorhea in Imperial on April 15th beginning at 4:00. Good Luck and Hook em Horns.

The track is now open to community members. Entrance to the track is through the East gate by the Gym. In order to continue providing the track facility for use, all rules must be followed. We ask that all gates be closed at all times and that the facility, along with equipment, is respected. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Coach P.
