Hope everyone had an amazing first day! Secondary parents, a link to sign the Acceptable Use Policy for Students is attached for your students to get their Chromebook. The first batch of Chromebooks will be assigned Friday Morning. Please sign up before 5 PM Thursday to ensure they get theirs ASAP. Elementary Parents, you shouldn't need to sign any paperwork. The elementary student technology will stay in their classroom.

If you have not sent or updated your student's immunization record, today is the day to do that. There are quite a few first and seventh grade students that need updating, and many of the new students need a record turned in. If there is no record turned in at all, that student may not attend classes until that record is given to the school. Please, please call if you're unsure! Thank you!

Two a days schedule for Monday and Tuesday, we will start school on Wednesday and practice will be after school starting then for football and volleyball. Cross Country will be in the morning before school.
Athletic events this week. Schedule for Volleyball Tournament will be sent out later during the week.
Don't forget! Tonight is Meet the Teacher night at BVISD. We will begin with an assembly in the auditorium at 7:00 PM!
Come support our volleyball girls tomorrow starting tomorrow at 9:00 am as they scrimmage McCamey, Iraan, and Ft. Hancock.
-Please make sure your student is up to date on vaccines, and records to RN ASAP!
-Also, if your child requires prescription medication given at school, the nurse MUST have (PER TX LAW):
Care Plan from doctor, signed
Copies of all prescriptions
Medication must be in original packaging, from pharmacy, with legible label stating the student name clearly
-Medications must be brought to school by a parent, and given directly to the nurse, NOT by the student. Any medications that a student requires, must be documented and given in the nurse's office. Please try to get this done BEFORE the first day of school, so we can minimize distractions. Thank you for your help!!!
One more day! Boys we will be issuing out equipment today at 6-7:30PM. If you can not show up, it will be okay just get here a little earlier on Monday. Everyone needs to be dressed by 7:00 am tomorrow . I hope everyone has been hydrating.
We will have our Back to School night Thursday, August 3rd beginning at 7:00 PM. We look forward to seeing everyone there to ring in the 2023-2024 school year!
