Come out tomorrow (7/30) at 10:30am in the gym to watch the mini cheerleaders demonstrate what they learned this past week at cheer camp.
Athletes and parents, come out Wednesday (7/28) at 6:00 to the gym for a parent meeting for Football and Volleyball and enjoy some Pecos Watermelon as well. Football and Volleyball practices for Hs will start on Monday (8/2) at 8am. Hope to see you there.

Go to the Buena Vista ISD Website (www.bvisd.esc18.net)
Click “21-22 Student Registration” or go to the ASCENDER Parent Portal https://portal.ascender.escapps.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=186901
Login using the username supplied last year and the password that you set.
If you forgot your username and password, click “Forgot Your Login/Password” at the bottom of the login screen. Enter the email address that was used during setup last year to retrieve your login information.
After logging in, click “Returning Student Registration” on the left menu bar.
Select a student to begin the process.
Be sure to complete each step by marking it complete and moving to the next step.
At the end of the registration, ensure all steps have been completed and submit the registration.

Reminder!!! Mini Cheer Camp will be next week Mon.-Fri. (7/26th-30th) from 9am-12 in the gym. If you haven’t registered already, you can do so at the door on Mon. The cost is $45. We are looking forward to a great week of camp!
The open gym for workouts will be closed Monday (7/19) & Tuesday (7/20) and will resume Wednesday (7/21).
BVISD Update: Hoping everyone is have a great summer! The instructional setting that will be used for the 2021-2022 school year will be In-Person Instruction; students must attend school daily for face to face in-person instruction. At this time BVISD is not planning to offer virtual instruction.

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III) will provide over $545,332 to the Buena Vista ISD over the next three years. In order to access the funds, BVISD must submit a plan for use of the funds to the Texas Education Agency with our grant application.
The Buena Vista ISD is seeking input from stakeholders across our community as we develop our plan. Your feedback and input are incredibly valuable and will help inform our plan.

Summer workouts start tomorrow (6/7) at 8:30 am. Time to put in work when others don’t.

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer break! Here are the BVISD Summer Admin. Hours. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions/concerns during your summer break!

Summer strength and conditioning workouts will begin June 7th, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-10:30am. Workouts will consist of weight training, conditioning, and sport specific drills. Athletes can enter through the side doors of the gym.

BVISD Summer Employment: Are you interested in summer employment at BVISD? BVISD is seeking reliable students who are willing to work full-time.
