Congratulations to one of our former student athletes from BV. Mariana Sanchez is running XC at Midwestern State University and she competed in her first collegiate meet this weekend at the DBU Orville Rogers XC Opener where she placed 11th out of 72 runners. Good Job and Keep Grinding.

Oh it's good to be on our Buena Vista Courts and Fields. Our NFHS Livestream service is up for local games! Now we did hit a bit of a snafu for we would be posting this sooner. All of the kinks aren't fixed completely, but they are watchable.
Go to bvisd.net/livestream to find our NFHS page and be able to watch our home games online.
Mobile users, you can download the NFHSNetwork app in your mobile app store. Then search Buena Vista High School.
Heads up there is a subscription watch games. It is part of NFHS's agreement. We will continue to update you as this program grows.

Good luck today to the Jh VB teams as they take on St Anns at home. The first game starts at 5:00 followed by the second game. The JV FB team will take on Rankin at home today as well. That game begins at 6:30.

Today (8/29) at 6:30pm in the film room, we will show last Friday’s football game against Irion Co for anyone who wants to see it. Coach P will break down the film and explain schemes and talk about what the team did well on and what needs improvement. Only positive remarks about the kids will be acceptable. Please join us.
