Congratulations to the following BV FFA students who competed in the Area II Leadership Development Events!
Due to refs we will be having both JV Boys and girls games at 5:00 pm girls will be in old gym boys will be in new gym. Girls varsity will follow after boys JV game at 6:15 pm and then boys varsity following that game. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Congratulations to our Girls on being the Longhorn Classic Champions and our boys on being runner up. This tournament takes a lot of help from everyone and I can't thank everyone enough. A special thanks to Pepitos Cafe, Dominos Pizza, & Whitehouse Meat Market on providing the food for two of our tournament days. Due to officials tonight's JV girls game will start at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow.
Tonight's Girls B- Team game has been cancelled. The B team will suit up for tonight's game at Home. Girls game is at 5:30 with the boys game following.

As we return to school tomorrow, we are all feeling the weight of the recent loss of our three beloved students. Our hearts go out to their families and friends during this incredibly difficult time. In the spirit of moving forward together and finding some joy in the season, we are sharing our "12 Days of Christmas" calendar to bring some festive cheer to our school days.
Please find the calendar below, detailing the events we have planned for the next 12 days beginning Thursday. We hope these activities will bring a sense of community spirit as we support each other through this time.
A donation account for the Jurado/Carrasco family has been set up at Pecos County State Bank under BVISD Benefit for those asking how to support them locally.
Counselors will be available today till noon.
We will hold a prayer vigil in front of the school tonight at 6pm.
Counselors will be back Friday from 8-12pm for anyone who needs extra support.
Buena Vista ISD will be closed tomorrow and Friday. We have had a tragic accident. Counselors will be available on campus for all students and staff in need of their services.
JH & HS Basketball Pictures will take place on Tuesday, December 10th!
