HB3 Board Goal #1 – Early Childhood Mathematics

Students in 3rd Grade Mathematics through Algebra I performing at MEETS Level on STAAR EOC will increase from 62 % to 75 % by June 2024.

GPM 1.1: The percentage of students in PK through 2nd grade who perform at the MEETS Level as measured by District Benchmark will increase to 75% by June 2024.

GPM 1.2: The percentage of 8th grade students who perform at the MEETS Level for 8th Grade Mathematics on District Benchmark will increase from 21% in December 2020 to 75% by June 2024.

GPM 1.3: The percentage of high school students who perform at Masters Level for Algebra I on the District Benchmark will increase from 30% in February 2020 to 75% by June 2024

HB3 Board Goal #2 - Early Childhood Literacy

Students in 3rd grade Reading through English II performing at MEETS Level on STAAR/EOC will increase from 51% to 75% by June 2024.

GPM 2.1: The percentage of students in PK-2 who perform at the MEETS Level as measured by CLI Engage/TPRI will increase to 75% by June 24, 2024.

GPM 2.2: The percentage of 8th grade students who perform at the MEETS Level for Reading on the District Benchmark will increase from 28% to 75% by June 2024.

GPM 2.3:  The percentage of high school students who perform at the Meets Level for Reading on the District Benchmark will increase from56% to 75% by June 2024.

HB3 Board Goal #3 - College, Career, and Military Readiness

Students graduating college, career, and military ready will increase from 69% to 80% by June 2024.

GPM 3.1: The percentage of 8th grade students who meet the college-ready criteria on Texas Student Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA) in one or more subjects will increase from 10% in June of 2018 to 25% in June of 2024.

GPM 3.2: The percentage of 11th grade students enrolled in Mathematics or English college prep course will increase from 15% in May 2018 to 25% by June 2024.
